1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers according to Starbucks standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Ensure a clean and organized work station at all times, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of equipment.
4. Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
5. Educate customers on different coffee roasts, flavors, and brewing methods, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
6. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.
7. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures.
8. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu items, and company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
10. Continuously strive to improve beverage-making skills and knowledge of coffee products.
11. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
12. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the store manager.
13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
14. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
15. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the store manager when necessary.
16. Continuously meet or exceed sales and customer service goals set by the store manager.
17. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
18. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
