1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
2. Take customer orders and prepare various coffee and tea beverages accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Starbucks products, including seasonal offerings and promotions.
4. Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages by following standard recipes and techniques.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating area, and restrooms.
7. Operate and maintain equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and coffee grinders.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
9. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
11. Continuously uphold the Starbucks brand and image by following company standards and policies.
12. Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with new products and techniques.
13. Proactively seek out ways to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
14. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.
