1. Greet and welcome customers to Starbucks in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by taking and accurately fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.
3. Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers by engaging in friendly conversation and building relationships.
4. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Starbucks products and menu offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.
5. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks standards, recipes, and quality guidelines.
6. Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
8. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
9. Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
10. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
12. Take initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
13. Attend trainings and meetings as required by management.

15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.
