We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Starbucks team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and providing excellent customer service. You will be required to train and motivate employees, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.The successful candidate must have at least two years of retail experience, preferably in a Starbucks setting, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work quickly under pressure is essential.
