As the Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the highest standards of customer service, quality, and store operations. You will be responsible for developing and leading the store team to create a customer experience that makes Starbucks the most popular coffee shop in the area.To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and people management skills.
