  1. Support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to managing inventory, finances, and team performance.
  2. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. Ensure that all employees are providing exceptional customer service and adhering to company standards.
  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.
  6. Monitor and manage store expenses to meet budget goals.
  7. Collaborate with the store manager to create and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  8. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel motivated and engaged.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential.
  12. Assist with hiring and training new team members to maintain a high-performing and knowledgeable staff.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  14. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
