  1. Lead and manage a team of baristas to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.
  2. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and ensure products are stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
  5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and storage areas.
  9. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and health standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of Starbucks products, promotions, and company initiatives.
  12. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service.
  13. Support and execute company initiatives and programs, such as sustainability and community involvement.
  14. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
  15. Adhere to all company and legal regulations, including food safety and labor laws.

Job Qualifications
