As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in helping to create an exceptional customer experience and drive the success of our store.   1. Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Train and develop a team of baristas to ensure they deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.
  3. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales goals and drive store profitability.
  5. Monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring all drinks and food items are prepared to Starbucks standards.
  6. Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, fostering a strong team dynamic and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  9. Assist with scheduling and managing labor costs to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on current coffee trends and educate team members on new products and promotions.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  12. Act as a role model for all company values and promote a strong brand image in the community.
  13. Collaborate with other Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager to maintain consistency across multiple locations.
  14. Conduct regular store audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
  15. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices.
