  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of baristas, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  3. Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and quality of service.
  4. Foster a positive and welcoming work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and open communication.

  10. Responsible for cash handling and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  11. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
