  1. Greet and welcome customers to Starbucks in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all supplies and materials are stocked and readily available.
  4. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Manage and maintain filing systems, including organizing and updating important documents and records.
  6. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for store managers and employees.
  7. Process and track employee time off requests, ensuring adequate coverage for store shifts.
  8. Provide administrative support to store managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  9. Assist in ordering and tracking inventory, as well as processing invoices and expenses.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and store managers to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
  12. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase overall store efficiency.
  14. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  16. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  17. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and procedures.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by store managers or upper management.

Job Qualifications
