- Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent at Stanford University.
- Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Oversee the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our current employees.
- Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans for critical roles.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of talent management projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in talent management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate updates and progress of talent management projects to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent management initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in talent management practices to continuously improve our strategies and processes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of growth and development within the talent management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Coordinate With Multiple Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Talent Management Best Practices, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And External Partners.
