Student Services Officer and Credential Analyst

At Stanford University, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Student Services Officer and Credential Analyst to join our team. This individual will be a critical part of the team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our students and staff.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping students succeed. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about student services administration and can think strategically and creatively about how to best serve our diverse student population.The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in a student services role and preferably a bachelor’s degree in higher education, student services, or a related field. An understanding of credential evaluation and verification is also preferred. In addition, the successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
