Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Human Resources team at Stanford University. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of positions, from entry-level to executive. We are looking for an individual who is an experienced recruiter, has a passion for finding the best talent, and is committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a university setting. You must have a thorough understanding of the recruiting process, including end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven success in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, using both traditional and non-traditional methods. You should also be familiar with modern recruitment technologies and best practices.
