Job Description

As a Senior Administrative Division Director at Stanford University, you will serve as a leader within the University community, responsible for the overall success of an administrative division. You will provide professional guidance, oversight and direction to ensure the division meets its goals, objectives, and service expectations. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of a higher education environment, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects and resources. The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role. Additionally, you must have strong organizational, communication, and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to create and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate must also demonstrate an understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in an academic setting.
