
People/Workforce Analyst, Oracle HCM

- Conduct data analysis and provide insights on workforce trends and patterns to inform strategic decision making.
- Utilize Oracle HCM system to gather, organize, and analyze data related to workforce metrics and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity and accuracy of workforce data within Oracle HCM system.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key workforce metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in workforce analytics and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning and decision making.
- Proactively identify data gaps and work to improve data quality and completeness.
- Train and educate HR colleagues on the use of Oracle HCM and provide support for ad-hoc data requests.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM and provide guidance on system enhancements and upgrades.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Analysis, Preferably With Oracle Hcm.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Procedures.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
