Job Description

Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Project Manager to join the IT - Project Management team. We are looking for an individual with the right blend of technical and organizational skills, who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and tasks. The ideal candidate must have a passion for managing web projects and a proven background in driving successful outcomes. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the successful execution of web projects.The successful candidate must have exceptional technical and communication skills, with an ability to read and understand technical specifications and communicate requirements to developers. A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage project risks and timelines is essential. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can work independently, but also in partnership with project teams to ensure successful delivery of the web project.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in web project management, leading projects through the entire software development lifecycle• Previous experience managing web projects within a complex, enterprise environment• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Demonstrated experience in project planning and risk management• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
