- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the university's goals and values.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from faculty, staff, and students.
- Conduct regular outreach and engagement efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Human Resources Principles, Practices, And Laws Is Essential For This Role.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Hr Experience: Experience In A Similar Role Or In An Hr Department Is Necessary To Effectively Handle The Various Responsibilities Of A Human Resources Generalist.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: Familiarity With Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations Is Crucial For Ensuring Compliance And Mitigating Potential Legal Risks.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization Is Essential For Success In This Role.
Proficiency In Hris And Other Hr Systems: Experience With Hris And Other Hr Systems, Such As Payroll And Benefits Platforms, Is Necessary For Efficiently Managing Employee Data And Processes.
