Job Description

At Stanford University, we are looking for an HR Operations Excellence Manager who is passionate about delivering an innovative and efficient HR experience. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operations excellence initiatives across the Human Resources organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can uncover opportunities to improve processes and experiences, while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of HR experience, with emphasis on process improvement and operations, as well as experience leading projects and initiatives. We are looking for someone who values collaboration and works effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build relationships and trust quickly. If you have strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges, this is the ideal role for you.
