HR Benefits Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, organized and service-oriented HR Benefits Services Specialist at Stanford University to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and support to benefit-eligible faculty and staff, as well as providing guidance and assistance to the HR Benefits team. You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills to be successful in this role.The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, and at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role. You should have an in-depth knowledge of benefits, compensation and retirement plans, as well as a strong understanding of employee relations, labor laws and workplace policies. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy is also essential.We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building relationships with our faculty and staff.
