  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive and safe dining options for individuals with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.
  2. Manage all aspects of the Food Allergy & Inclusive Nutrition Programs, including budget, staffing, and program development.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders on campus to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to food allergy and nutritional inclusivity.
  4. Stay current on the latest research and trends in food allergies and nutrition to continuously improve and adapt the programs.
  5. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, faculty, and staff with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.
  6. Train and educate dining staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe dining experiences for all.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external resources and organizations to enhance the programs and provide additional support for individuals with food allergies.
  8. Serve as a resource and advocate for individuals with food allergies and other dietary restrictions, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  9. Develop and implement educational and awareness programs for the campus community to promote understanding and inclusivity towards those with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success and impact on the community.
  11. Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations regarding food allergies and nutrition and ensure compliance within the programs.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications departments to promote the programs and events to the campus community.
  13. Represent Stanford University at relevant conferences and events related to food allergies and nutrition.
  14. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all individuals utilizing the programs.
  15. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff members working within the Food Allergy & Inclusive Nutrition Programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Food Allergy Management And Nutrition Education

  • Knowledge Of Current Research And Best Practices In Food Allergy Management And Inclusive Nutrition

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Comprehensive Food Allergy And Inclusive Nutrition Programs

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Students, Faculty, And Food Service Staff.
