
Executive & Strategic Programs Administrator

- Provide administrative support: The Executive & Strategic Programs Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive and strategic programs at Stanford University. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for events and workshops.
- Assist with program development: The candidate will work closely with the program directors to assist in the development of new programs and initiatives. This may include conducting research, collecting data, and creating program materials.
- Coordinate program logistics: The administrator will be responsible for coordinating all logistics for the executive and strategic programs, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning.
- Communicate with stakeholders: The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, faculty, and other stakeholders. This will involve communicating program information, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain program records: The administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for the executive and strategic programs. This may include tracking program expenses, participant data, and program evaluations.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A High-Level Administrative Role, Preferably In A University Or Academic Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Education.
Proven Ability To Manage And Coordinate Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously, With Strong Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders Including Executives, Faculty, And Staff.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Strategic Planning And Program Development, With The Ability To Contribute To The Development And Execution Of Long-Term Plans For The University's Executive And Strategic Programs.
