We are looking for an Executive Director to join the Deborah L. Rhode Center on the Legal Profession at Stanford Law School and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate should possess an exemplary record of professional achievement and commitment to research, teaching, and service. We are looking for a leader who is inspiring, collaborative, and who shares our commitment to advancing understanding of the legal profession and its impact on the public good. The Executive Director will oversee the Center’s strategic vision, program development and implementation, and fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to partner with faculty, staff, and students, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure the Center’s success.Required Qualifications:• A JD or other advanced degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the legal profession • Significant experience in management, teaching, research, and/or fundraising • Experience in strategic planning and resource development • A record of successful grant writing • A commitment to engaging diverse stakeholders • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
