Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic and organized Events Coordinator to join the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University! This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional who is eager to bring their creativity and passion for event planning to the Cantor Arts Center. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing events from start to finish and will be a crucial part of the team.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field• At least three years of experience in event planning and execution• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Knowledge of event management software and spreadsheets• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekendsIf you are an experienced event planner looking for an engaging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!
