Events Associate

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Associate to join the Events team at Stanford University. The ideal candidate should have a passion for event planning and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.The Events Associate will be responsible for executing events from start to finish, from conceptualizing and planning to day-of logistics and follow-up. This role requires a highly organized individual with a proven ability to think creatively and execute with precision. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 2 years relevant event planning experience• Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail• Proven track record of delivering successful events with great customer service• Creative problem-solving skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and event planning softwareIf you are an experienced event planner with a desire to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, then we want to hear from you!
