
CMQCC Clinical Lead
Stanford University is seeking a collaborative and experienced professional to join our team as Clinical Lead of the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC). The Clinical Lead will help create and provide leadership to ensure the successful implementation of evidence-based practices to improve maternal health outcomes in California. This individual must have a strong background in healthcare and be passionate about improving maternal health outcomes. The ideal candidate must have an advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, nursing, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in patient care, quality improvement, and/or research. They must have a proven track record of developing, leading, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives in the healthcare setting. In addition, experience in navigating health systems and in developing and managing successful partnerships, as well as a demonstrated commitment to improving maternal health outcomes and reducing disparities, are essential. This individual must be an inspirational leader and effective communicator with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
