  1. Assist in coordinating and managing various aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, participant scheduling, and data collection.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including participant records, study protocols, and regulatory documents.
  3. Communicate with study participants, healthcare professionals, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient study operations.
  4. Monitor and report on study progress and any issues or concerns to the Clinical Research Coordinator.
  5. Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement study protocols and procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to clinical research.
  7. Assist with data entry, cleaning, and analysis to support research findings and publications.
  8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of study budgets and assist in managing study finances.
  9. Support the dissemination of research findings through conference presentations and publications.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information.
  11. Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  12. Stay current with developments in the field of clinical research and contribute to the enhancement of study protocols and procedures.
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Research Coordinator.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably At Least 1-2 Years.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Study Participants And Research Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Gcp Guidelines For Clinical Research.

  • Proficiency In Data Collection And Management, Including Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems.
