  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of participants.
  2. Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other required documents in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  3. Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to study timelines and protocols.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study data and participant information.
  5. Communicate effectively with study team members, investigators, and external partners to facilitate study implementation.
  6. Collaborate with study sponsors and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with study protocols.
  7. Conduct study-related procedures, such as administering study interventions and collecting biological samples.
  8. Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants by adhering to ethical standards and reporting adverse events.
  9. Train and mentor junior clinical research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Participate in data analysis and contribute to the preparation of study reports and publications.
  11. Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new research protocols and initiatives.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive participant information and study data.
  14. Represent the institution and the study team in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Support the overall mission and goals of the institution and the clinical research department.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis, Including Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems And Statistical Software.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Public Health, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Coordinator Or In A Related Role Within A Clinical Research Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Communicate Complex Medical Information To Study Participants.
