Job Description

Stanford University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Biomedical Data Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data management systems and processes that enable the secure storage, sharing, and analysis of biomedical data. You will also be responsible for leading and/or participating in data-management initiatives and providing subject matter expertise to the broader research and development teams.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of professional experience in biomedical data management. You must be highly skilled in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and/or R, and have a working knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
