The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of groundskeepers.The Athletics Groundskeeper Lead will be responsible for planning and overseeing the maintenance of athletic grounds and facilities, including grass and turf areas, playing fields, courts, and tracks. The Lead will also supervise a team of groundskeepers and ensure that all tasks are completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.We are seeking candidates with at least five years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscape maintenance, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A degree in horticulture, agronomy, plant science, or a related field is preferred.
