- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and enhancement of academic programs at Stanford University.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to identify areas for program expansion and improvement.
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify potential new programs or modifications to existing programs.
- Create and manage budgets for program development and ensure financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to promote programs and attract students.
- Oversee the development and execution of program events, such as information sessions and open houses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including corporations and foundations, to support program development efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with university policies and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program development and higher education.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive environment for students and staff, promoting equity and access in all program development efforts.
- Represent Stanford University and its programs at conferences and other events.
- Collaborate with other departments and schools at the university to identify opportunities for interdisciplinary programs.
- Uphold the mission and values of Stanford University and contribute to its overall success as a leading academic institution.
Master's Degree In Business Administration, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Development, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Fundraising And Grant Writing, With A Track Record Of Successful Development Initiatives.
