  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and enhancement of academic programs at Stanford University.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to identify areas for program expansion and improvement.
  3. Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify potential new programs or modifications to existing programs.
  4. Create and manage budgets for program development and ensure financial sustainability.
  5. Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to promote programs and attract students.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of program events, such as information sessions and open houses.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including corporations and foundations, to support program development efforts.
  8. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Develop and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with university policies and regulations.
  10. Mentor and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program development and higher education.
  12. Foster a diverse and inclusive environment for students and staff, promoting equity and access in all program development efforts.
  13. Represent Stanford University and its programs at conferences and other events.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and schools at the university to identify opportunities for interdisciplinary programs.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of Stanford University and contribute to its overall success as a leading academic institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Business Administration, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Development, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Fundraising And Grant Writing, With A Track Record Of Successful Development Initiatives.
