Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Director, Connections: Career Leadership and Engagement to join the Stanford University Career Development Center team. This role will be responsible for developing, administering, and leading a range of initiatives that promote career exploration, leadership development and engagement amongst students. You will serve as a key partner to students, faculty, staff, and employers while supporting the mission of the center.The ideal candidate will bring a passion for career exploration and an understanding of how to engage and motivate students to develop their professional skills. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with the ability to think strategically and creatively while having a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, organized, and able to take initiative.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in a related field and have at least two years of experience working in a college/university career center, as well as experience leading career development initiatives.
