  1. Support the research team in conducting clinical trials and studies.
  2. Communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and research staff to ensure successful implementation and execution of research protocols.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities and data.
  4. Assist with participant recruitment and enrollment for clinical trials.
  5. Coordinate and schedule study visits and procedures for participants.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for clinical research.
  7. Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to collect, analyze, and interpret research data.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on study progress.
  10. Provide support for data entry, data cleaning, and data management.
  11. Assist with the preparation of study materials and documents, such as informed consent forms and study protocols.
  12. Maintain a working knowledge of all study protocols and procedures.
  13. Attend required training and stay up-to-date on all relevant policies and procedures.
  14. Contribute to the development and improvement of research processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  16. Communicate any issues or concerns to the research team in a timely manner.
  17. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to the appropriate authorities.
  18. Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants at all times.
  19. Complete any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the research team.
  20. Uphold the values and mission of Stanford University and represent the institution in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Public Health.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In A Coordinator Role.
