- Provide support to the Director of Education in managing the academic operations of the university.

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty and staff.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve academic issues and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Serve as a resource for students, providing guidance and support for academic success.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in higher education.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the academic budget.
- Participate in academic committees and represent the university at professional conferences and events.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance leadership skills and knowledge of academic administration.
- Uphold the mission and values of the university and promote a culture of academic excellence.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In An Educational Setting, Preferably At The University Level.
A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs And Initiatives, With A Focus On Student Success And Retention.
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Higher Education, Including Accreditation Standards And Regulations.
