Regional Campus Recruiter

The Regional Campus Recruiter (RCR) is responsible for all recruitment and outreach activities to support their assigned regional campus in order to meet new student enrollment goals for each term. Conducts appropriate follow-up with the leads generated to gain their application to the college. In coordination with and approval of the Director of Enrollment Management, the RCR develops then implements a Recruiting, Outreach, to support the enrollment goals of their assigned regional campus and online programs offered by the college. Attends weekly scheduled meetings with Director of Enrollment Management and Campus Admissions Assistant. Make recommendations as how to best spend the marketing budget assigned to support their campus based upon the Recruiting, Outreach plan they developed.
