Graduate Admissions Operations Assistant

The Graduate Admissions Operations Assistant is is responsible for the face-to-face, phone, and email reception services of graduate admissions. Maintains the calendars of the director and assistant director. Enforces departmental customer service standards when overseeing graduate assistants/associates. Updates, maintains, and moves electronic student files through the admissions process in Slate. Responsible for the responsive, process-oriented communication to inquiries and applicants. Responsible for the processing of application movement and, as signed by the director, all admissions decisions, and file closeouts. Responsible for tracking and ordering office inventory, submitting and tracking workorders and their statuses for printed marketing collateral, and keeping the shared inventory/workorder database updated.
