Barista/Guest Register
Engage with customers by welcoming them, providing warm, friendly and genuine service, understanding their needs and thanking them for their visit. Determine customers’ needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge. Demonstrate that customers come first by serving them with sense of urgency. Ensure proper hand-washing and hygiene to protect food safety. Maintain a meticulously clean and tidy environment through regular cleaning, stocking, and organizing. Provide consistent quality in the preparation of coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothies drinks.
Food Service or Retail experience preferred, not required.
Food Handler Certificate/Card (Must have 2 weeks of hire).
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
