Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Radiation Effects Engineer to join our team at SpaceX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing radiation testing programs to ensure the quality and reliability of our spacecraft and other products. Your in-depth knowledge of radiation effects, radiation physics, and radiation testing methods will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in radiation effects engineering. You must also have experience developing and executing radiation testing programs and a thorough understanding of radiation effects, radiation physics, and radiation testing methods. Additionally, you should have a strong background in hardware design, including circuit design and microelectronics, and experience with simulation, modeling, and analysis tools.
