Sr. CAD Engineer

SpaceX is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. CAD Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a Sr. CAD Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CAD models and drawings, as well as providing technical support and mentorship to the engineering team.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Creo. You must also have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and quality standards. Other desirable qualifications include knowledge of 3D printing technologies and experience in aerospace or other related industries.You must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be successful in this role. You must also be able to work independently and collaboratively with other engineers and departments to fulfill the goals of the engineering team.
