Job Description

At SpaceX, we are looking for an experienced Propulsion Technician (COPV) to join our team and help us continue to push the boundaries of space exploration. The Propulsion Technician (COPV) role requires a highly skilled individual with a passion for space exploration and an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of relevant technologies and the experience to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. They should be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and have excellent communication skills. Above all, we are looking for a Propulsion Technician (COPV) who is motivated, focused, and excited to be part of the SpaceX team.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field, or equivalent experience* Minimum 5 years of experience in propulsion systems and/or cryogenic fluids* Comprehensive understanding of pressure vessel design and manufacturing, including COPV* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to design and implement test plans for complex systems and analyze test results
