An engineering degree or equivalent certifications in material or mechanical testing is preferred, with knowledge of ASTM, SAE and other applicable standards.The Materials Technician, Mechanical Test will be responsible for the testing, inspection and analysis of SpaceX materials and components. They will work closely with the Materials Engineering team, collaborating on materials-related projects and problem solving. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving the highest standards of accuracy in their work.
