Data Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Data Engineer to join the team at SpaceX. As a Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, designing and developing data pipelines, and working with other teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, data modeling, or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of data architecture patterns, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles. Experience with Python, SQL, and “big data” technologies such as Hadoop and Spark is preferred. You should also have excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
