Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our team to help centralize and streamline SpaceX’s workers’ compensation program and manage claims for our multi-state program and provide overall support with administration of SpaceX’s employee benefit programs. Manages and administers multi-state workers’ compensation by coordinating assigned claims on an on-going basis. Acts as a liaison between the injured employee, leadership, insurance third party administrator, and medical provider. Work closely with safety department to conduct initial incident investigation and gather relevant information to file the claim. Explains workers’ comp benefits and procedures to injured employees and coordinates return-to-work opportunities. Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual open enrollment.
