Property Manager

Sotheby's International Realty is looking for a passionate and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an individual who can handle the day-to-day management of our luxury real estate properties and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a commitment to exceptional customer service. The Property Manager position requires someone who is able to think on their feet, handle difficult customer service situations, and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will be expected to develop positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field• Must have a minimum of 5 years of property management experience• Previous experience with luxury real estate management preferred• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Microsoft Office Suite and property management software experience• Outstanding customer service skills and strong communication skills• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
