IT Support Specialist

Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist who will provide level 1 and 2 technical support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, knowledgeable, and passionate about technology.The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing support for hardware and software, and responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues. As the IT Support Specialist, you must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner, as well as provide excellent customer service.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a technical support role, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a strong understanding of basic networking principles. Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly organized and able to work independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. A demonstrated commitment to customer service and problem-solving is essential.
