Job Description

Sotheby's International Realty is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and provide strategic guidance and support to our business. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing people. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in HR roles, excellent communication skills, and a desire to foster a culture of collaboration and success. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 5 years' experience in an HR role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
