The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and developing strategies to increase market share and revenue. Our Business Development Manager should be a self-starter, with exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least five years of business development experience. Experience in real estate, sales and/or marketing, and a valid driver’s license are a plus.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s growth through developing strategic relationships, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and effectively communicating our brand’s value to prospective clients.
