  14. Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Communicate and promote Sony's HR policies and programs to all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In A Strategic Business Partner Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Concepts, Laws, And Best Practices, With Experience In Multiple Hr Disciplines (E.g. Compensation, Talent Management, Employee Relations).

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With And Support Overall Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
