- Oversee the regional account management team and ensure they are meeting their sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth in the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure their needs are being met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats in the region.

- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures for the regional account management team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise with key clients.
- Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sony and uphold the company's values and reputation in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In A Regional Or National Capacity.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Client Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Account Managers.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Technology Industry And Current Market Trends, Particularly In The Consumer Electronics Sector.
