- Develop user interfaces for Sony products and experiences using industry-leading UI/UX design principles and methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the UI/UX team, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.
- Work closely with engineers and developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct user journey mapping and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all Sony products.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex design challenges with a user-centric mindset.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the UI/UX design process to increase efficiency and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert on UI/UX design and provide recommendations for improvement across all Sony products.
- Stay organized and meet project deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Graphic Design, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ui/Ux Design, Preferably In A Technology Or Entertainment Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Experience With Front-End Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Successful Ui/Ux Design Projects, Including Mobile And Web Interfaces.
