Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Providing Technical Support For Desktop And Laptop Computers In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Hardware And Software Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
